We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Experience Associate to support us in improving client interactions, managing feedback, and ensuring a smooth customer journey. Responsibilities will include gathering client feedback, responding to general inquiries, and coordinating internally to ensure prompt resolutions. The right candidate should be customer-obsessed, empathetic, and organized. - Requirements: • Basic understanding of customer service principles • Familiarity with feedback tools or survey platforms (e.g., Google Forms, Typeform) • Good English communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to follow up on client feedback and escalate issues as needed • Detail-oriented, courteous, and committed to quality service - To Apply: Please send proposals and explain how you would collect and summarize customer feedback for a new product.
