We’re hiring a junior freelance data analyst to clean, organize, and visualize a dataset. The dataset will be provided (e.g., HR, Marketing, or Retail data), and the task is to generate basic insights and simple visualizations using Excel (preferred) or Python (Pandas + Matplotlib).

Basic Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Charts, VLOOKUP) Or basic Python skills (Pandas, simple plotting)
Ability to clean missing or wrong values
Clear visual formatting (labeled charts, neat tables)
