We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Page Moderator to help maintain a positive, respectful, and on-brand community experience across our social media platforms. Responsibilities: - Monitor comments, messages, and user interactions on the page. - Remove spam, offensive, or inappropriate content. - Respond to simple queries or escalate issues to the admin as needed. - Ensure community guidelines are upheld at all times. - Report daily moderation activity and flag any unusual trends or behavior. Requirements: - Experience moderating social media pages or online communities. - Strong communication skills and attention to detail. - Ability to maintain a friendly but firm tone. - Availability for regular check-ins throughout the day.
